Modern one-bedroom apartments. The kitchen, living room and dining room are combined. Bedroom is separated. There is a small balcony. The bathroom is medium-sized with a shower and a bathtub. There is not a large corridor space at the entrance. There is also a sofa, not a bed (a child can sleep).
Cleaning is not included, linen change costs 150 baht, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

Cancellation policy
If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:
More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.
In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company
Cancellation during the holiday period
Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.
