Apartment in Samui in the Chaweng Beach area

One-Bedroom Apartment. The kitchen is in the corridor, just behind it there is a bedroom. Small balcony and small bathroom with shower.

Returnable insurance deposit 25,000 THB. There is a sofa, not a bed (a child can sleep). Cleaning is not included, bed linen costs 150 baht, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided. To make a booking, you need to pay 5000 THB.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
