Modern apartments with the separate bathroom. All rooms are tastefully presented creating an elegant fusion of design, texture, colors and functionality. Opening to either a verandah or terrace, the suites offer outdoor dining areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen that includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and utensils. The parking areas, safe-box, air-conditioners and maid service are at your disposal.

Terms of payment

50% at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.

Order Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is refundable if there is a written cancellation received 60 days or more before the date of arrival.
The deposit is not refundable upon receipt of a written refusal less than 60 days before the arrival date.

Security Deposit $300 is charged upon check-in.

The Banyan Terrace Suite might be booked 30 days before the arrival.
