Ban Sairee Villa, Koh Samui by the sea with tennis court and swimming pool

You have never seen something like this before: Ban Sairee Villa is located on the amazing and secluded beach on the south of Koh Samui island. It offers 3 acres of private beachfront luxury. This accomodation is a perfect blend of traditional Thai style and contemporary luxury and it is designed up to 18 people. All local villas are built of panelled teak and have elegantly gabled and tapered roofs. They reflect the beauty and perfect proportions of traditional Thai housing. Each of the rooms offers uninterrupted views of the beach, ocean and nearby islands. There is a lot of free space in the villa: a beachside sala as well as indoor and outdoor living and dining areas are at your disposal.there you can have a rest out of the midday sun, have a pre-dinner drinks or enjoy a massage. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property, and each of the buildings has its own television room, a music center with a built-in iPod docking station. A full range of facilities is available for you: infinity pool, private tennis court, kayaks and trampoline, etc. Your private Thai chef, The Villa Manageress and villa staff will take care of your every need, making Ban Sairee a truly unique and luxurious experience in a breathtaking setting.

Bedrooms.

The main part of the complex consists of two identical villas, each of which includes two buildings: there are three bedrooms in one building, and a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a television room in the other building. Please, take a look at the building plan to decide which rooms are best for you. In general, the villa has six bedrooms: four double rooms and two single rooms. All double rooms are furnished with double king size beds, some of them can be divided into twin beds (if necessary). Single rooms are adjacent to the double rooms; this is quite convenient if there are children among the guests. Each room has complete bathroom with covered bathtub and another open-air shower.The personal hygiene products include shampoo, hair conditioner, skin moisturizer and after-sun gel based on aloe vera. Of course, the bathroom is equipped with towels and a hairdryer.

You can choose 3 or 6 rooms for living. There are also some additional places to stay: a children's house (The Kids Barn) and a honeymoon house (Honeymoon Barn).Bear in mind that at the peak of the tourist season, (the first month of the new year) the minimum number of bedrooms available for booking is six.
