Villa HR 005 with private swimming pool on Koh Samui, Thailand

Two-bedroom villa with sea view has everything you need for self-catering holidays, located in the complex of villas HSV. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a bathroom with a bath and a rain shower. Guests staying in the second guest bedroom can use the guest bathroom with a rain shower.

For maximum comfort, the open-plan living room is equipped with air conditioning system, patio doors opening full length from floor to ceiling are located in the front part of the room and lead to the pool, through the ceiling fans a soft sea fragrant breeze fills the whole room.

The dining table can accomodate up to 6 people, next to it there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove and oven, there is even a utility room with a washing machine. Outside, around the pool there are sun loungers and outdoor furniture in Thai lard.

Services

  • The staff of the villa will take care of the cleanliness and comfort, and the manager will resolve any issues that arise, organize a massage, spa procedures or other activities
  • Our concierge service team will visit you after check-in and help you resolve any problems and answer all questions regarding your stay at the villa
  • Maid service every 3 days
  • Bed linen and towels are changed as needed. We will be grateful to the guests for water economy - this will help preserve the ecology of Koh Samui

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
