Wonderful seaview villa with five bedrooms with the possibility of panoramic views of sunrises and sunsets, is located in the complex villas HSV. Three-leveld villa with a swimming pool and a terrace on the middle level will make your vacation easy, comfortable and unforgettable.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a spacious comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV in the main building. Open the windows in the front and back of the house if you want to feel the coolness of the tropical breeze.

There is a luxury bedroom with a huge bed and a living glazed area in the front and back of the premises - it is situated above the living room - you will have beautiful views of the surrounding nature. There are also front and rear balconies. A luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi in the open air will not leave you indifferent. At the pool level there are 2 more bedrooms for guests, charming oceanviews open from their windows!

A small staircase leads to the lower floor with 2 more guest bedrooms with sea views. They are ideal for long-stay guests, with their own kitchen, and they are comfortable enough if you come with a nanny or other staff.

All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Wonderful lush gardens on the territory will be appreciated by lovers of tropical nature. The villa offers a variety of options for your holiday due to its size and location. Whether you want to gather around the pool, or to hang around the main living area, or even to enjoy solitude on different floors - everyone will be comfortable!

  • Rent is available for a minimum of 3 nights, from 20 December to 20 January for 7 nights
  • Electricity and water are included in the price (for daily rent)
  • Tariffs are given for a maximum of 4 guests
  • The rates include VAT 7%

Services

  • The staff of the villa will take care of the cleanliness and comfort, and the manager will resolve any issues that arise, organize a massage, spa procedures or other activities
  • Our concierge service team will visit you after check-in and help you resolve any problems and answer all questions regarding your stay at the villa
  • Maid service every 3 days
  • Bed linen and towels are changed as needed. We will be grateful to the guests for water economy - this will help preserve the ecology of Koh Samui

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
