This luxurious 3-bedroom villa, located in the Estate Complex of HSV villas, offers its guests a wonderful view of the impeccable Choengmon beach, located just 700 meters from the hotel. The main building contains a fully equipped open-plan kitchen in a western style, a guest bathroom, a dining room and a living room with a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and a high-quality music system. All en-suite bedrooms are air-conditioned, 2 of them offer magnificent sea views. The villa has not only luxurious atmosphere - it is decorated with great taste and everything is done according to the highest standard. All rooms overlook the terrace surrounding the large swimming pool with jacuzzi.

There is a covered parking on the territory of the villa, if you need a car, a 4x4 jeep or a motorcycle, let us know in advance and we can arrange for you any vehicle upon arrival.

Rates

  • Rent is available for a minimum of 3 nights, from 20 December to 20 January for 7 nights
  • Electricity and water are included in the price (for daily rent)
  • Tariffs are given for a maximum of 4 guests
  • The rates include VAT 7%

Services

  • The staff of the villa will take care of the cleanliness and comfort, and the manager will resolve any issues that arise, organize a massage, spa procedures or other activities
  • Our concierge service team will visit you after check-in and help you resolve any problems and answer all questions regarding your stay at the villa
  • Maid service every 3 days
  • Bed linen and towels are changed as needed. We will be grateful to the guests for water economy - this will help preserve the ecology of Koh Samui

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
