The modern villa which belongs to Estate Complex HSV, has a swimming pool and 3 bedrooms, hidden from immodest views and cozyly located in a lush private garden. The master bedroom with bathroom is connected to a spacious open plan living room with a large 3D TV and DVD player. Here you will also find a dining room with a large table, which comfortably accommodates 6 guests, as well as a modern well-equipped Western-style kitchen.

Open the sliding doors to the patio, where there is a wonderful large pool! There are two bedrooms along it, each with its own private bathroom.

You can eat in the dining room or have a snack in the garden area, where a luxurious view of the sea will become the best seasoning for your meal!

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
