A wonderful, very spacious private villa, included in the complex of HSV villas has 3 charming bedrooms and offers guests the opportunity to acquire a real, incomparable experience of luxurious tropical holiday. This villa, partially overlooking the sea, boasts a splendid wooden terrace surrounding the beautiful pool.

The house is equipped with private parking, stretching from the front door to the terrace with a swimming pool. All three bedrooms with air conditioning open onto the terrace through sliding doors, two bedrooms adjoin the living room.

The dining room, which is also a lounge area, is very spacious and is directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

No one will be bored here - a flat-screen TV is equipped with an extensive network of satellite channels for all tastes and ages, you can connect your Apple-devices to listen to your favorite music in the villa.

On the other side of the pool there is a gazebo with a dining table for having meals in the bosom of nature. Here, there is everything for barbecue, you are welcome for truly magnificent lunches with spectacular views of the ocean.

Rates

  • Rent is available for a minimum of 3 nights, from 20 December to 20 January for 7 nights
  • Electricity and water are included in the price (for daily rent)
  • Tariffs are given for a maximum of 4 guests

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
