Spacious modern villa with 5 bedrooms and spectacular ocean views is a part of the Estate Complex HSV. Located on 3 levels, this residence will give its guests the feeling of a truly luxurious sea holiday. Private path with a canopy leads to the entrance of the house. The main living area includes a chic, fully equipped kitchen (with a breakfast bar) with direct access to the dining room with a large dining table and two long benches. Behind the dining area there is a comfortable living room with a high vaulted ceiling. Relax on the couch watching your favorite show or movie - lots of channels will satisfy all tastes!

If you prefer fresh air, you can enjoy the Thai sun on the outdoor terrace by your own private pool. If you swim to the opposite end you will open a stunning view of the ocean, romantic islands and cruising yachts and boats.

Right above the living room there is a main bedroom with a large private balcony - enjoy wonderful views of the pool and the beautiful Cheongmon beach. On one pool level you will find 2 more bedrooms for guests, the stairs leads you down to two more guest bedrooms facing the front of the villa. No one guest will be disappointed. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, providing real comfort during your stay at this fabulous villa.

  • Rent is available for a minimum of 3 nights, from 20 December to 20 January for 7 nights

  • The staff of the villa will take care of the cleanliness and comfort, and the manager will resolve any issues that arise, organize a massage, spa procedures or other activities
  • Our concierge service team will visit you after check-in and help you resolve any problems and answer all questions regarding your stay at the villa

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
