Villa HR 016 with private swimming pool on Koh Samui, Thailand

Fully equipped according to the highest standards, the villa, included in the complex HSV offers the most comfortable accommodation and all modern amenities for guests.

The main bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a double bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table and a mirror, as well as a large closet-wardrobe. There is also a private bathroom with a bath, a large shower and a double washbasin.

The second bedroom with queen-size bed is equipped with 2 bedside tables and lamps, as well as a large wardrobe with space for outerwear.

The second bathroom includes a toilet and a shower.

The fully equipped western style kitchen has an oven, a hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, fridge / freezer, cutlery and plates and all utensils.

The spacious living area includes comfortable lounges, a large coffee table and an entertainment booth with a plasma TV, DVD player and an iPod docking station. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. Here you will be offered a variety of DVDs and books for fans to read in silence. The villa has a completely new washing machine.

The dining room includes a table with 4 chairs, tabletops and candles. Bath and beach towels are provided (changed every 3 days). Additional cleaning and linen change - under request for an additional fee.

The villa has a swimming pool, an outdoor patio area includes a table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and speakers connected to an iPod docking station.

The villa is located in 3 minutes of unhurried walk from, perhaps, the best island beach of Chong-mon.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
