Villa's interior also provides the wow factor, with lavish designs of modern contemporary artefacts, state-o-the art LED lighting system, Jim Thompson furnishings and terrazzo swimming pool; all combining to make this an exclusive location for parties and weddings. Your stay at Villa will provide you with a unique and unforgettable holiday expe. As you make your way down the sandstone staircase leading to the first floor of the property the stunning dramatic setting takes your breath away with 180 degrees overs the rugged rocky coastline and continuous ocean.

Three bedrooms on the first floor give us amazing sea views. The are decorated with luxury contemporary décor and artifacts. Make your steps down to a coy carp pond, master bedroom suite, lounge, dining and kitchen pavilion along with infinity lap pool and a huge sun terrace. The Master bedroom boasts a four-post king size bed surrounded by lavish designs of modern contemporary artworks and ornaments. An additional multi-purpose area.

Guests may enjoy observing their meals being prepared and cooked beside them as the Chef's work station can be viewed from here, you may want to even try your hand at some Thai cooking. The kitchen is made with granite worktops, double basin sink, oven, microwave six hob stainless steel gas stove and a separate prep-island. By night  the 20 meter white tiled swimming pool and entertainment deck are all illuminated by a state of the art LED lighting system - five different coloured settings can be selected. Enjoy!

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of written confirmation has been received. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation was received in writing:

    More than 30 days before arrival: payment of an initial deposit.
    Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the sum for rent.

In case only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the booking, it can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, the cancellation fees can be applied. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not take any responsibility for any accidents with guests or any third party at the property place or if they use other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
