Villa LH 045 is set high on the hills above Koh Samui´s quaint port at Nathon. The ultra-luxurious holiday home offers unparalleled panoramic views of the sea, offshore islands, the Angthong Marine Park, and the Five Islands. Added to these are the pretty picture painted by the fishing boats and ferries arriving and departing the island, and some of the island's most dramatic sunsets.
Situated in the coconut clad heights above Samui's picturesque west coast, villa is in a secluded, peaceful location about 15 minutes from the town of Nathon. The town offers a choice of simple shopping and dining options, while for more sophisticated entertainment seekers, the world famous Nikki Beach club in around 20 minute drive from the villa in Lipa Noi. With a car it is not difficult to explore everything Samui has to offer - from waterfalls and elephant rides to nightlife and boat trips to the outlying islands that pepper the villa's amazing views.
Villa presents a contemporary open-plan design with intelligent use of space and distinctive character that sets it apart from typical island villa layouts. Instead of stand alone pavilions everything is conveniently contained within a single, spacious, three-level property. The layout and design ensures unique, private tropical lifestyle experience. The villas has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool sala, a spa room, a fully equipped gym, a library room with sun deck, and a deluxe private cinema with full couches fronting a three-metre screen. Another standout feature is the Great Room, which opens directly onto the pool deck and combines a lounge, dining room, and kitchen, each on different levels.
The living area is finished with plush couches and has steps that lead up to the dining area, and then up to the fully equipped western kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow you to take in the spectacular views at all times. All the bedrooms are airy, spacious, beautifully furnished, and offer beautiful world-class vistas. All except the children's bedroom have flat screen TVs, large built-in wardrobes with personal safes, and en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in rain showers. Two of the bedrooms also have free-standing terrazzo tubs. Outside,Villa offers a choice of terraces, one directly in front of the pool and the other to the side and furnished with comfortable loungers. The lower floor bedrooms also open onto furnished covered balconies from where you can enjoy the views of planted terraces and towering coconut palms.
The villa is perfect for families or groups looking for a luxurious, restful private escape. The layout provides enough space for everyone to enjoy private moments; it also has enough common spaces with all entertainment facilities where you can spend time socializing with your family or friends. For private time, the bedrooms are hidden away in their own individual spaces; for communal fun and entertainment the villa offers the library, pool table and cinema room. Though not a beachside villa, Villa is designed to maximize the ocean views. It is also serviced by a well trained and live-in staff to answer any request and prepare breakfast daily. A chef is also available for an additional fee to prepare delicious meals throughout the day.
