Villa Mia's palatial proportions include high vaulted wood-paned beamed ceilings and wooden floors throughout. The property is roofed in cedar shingle, and all rooms feature. The lofty ceilings are painted white, putting brightness and a clean modern feeling, as are the glossy wooden floors in all 5 bedrooms. Despite the grandeur and scale of the property, Villa Mia maintains a comfortable and relaxed ambiance.

The property flows with coherent design and the lay-out is convenient and accessible for guests of all ages. All areas of the villa are wired for sound, allowing music amateurs indulge in their favorite records while partying, relaxing, dining, or lounging. Complimentary WiFi internet is available throughout Villa Mia. Entered through an imposing oversized pivoting door, Villa Mia is designed around a fabulous 23 metre lap pool in the center of the property, which all rooms open onto. The opulent swimming pool is tiled in Balinese green stone, and continues another 5 metres beyond its initial length, encircling a huge sunken lounge sala, and continuing to the shallow children's padding pool at the far end. The sunken sala is shaded by a pergola, and has sumptuous built-in sofas.

Rates

  • Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account).
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas or New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran).
  • Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night.
  • Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax.
  • Baby cot provided free of charge.
  • Rates include daily Continental breakfast.

The villa employee is on call 24/7 during your stay and will attempt at all time to satisfy your needs. They are on hand to keep the villa clean and tidy. The villa manageress lives on site and is available to address all your service needs. The villa also offers concierge service to assist you with all tour and transfer activities. Guests experience all the benefits of luxurious hotels with additional amenities and an inherent service and attention that can’t be matched.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Terms of payment

The initial fee for booking is thirty-five percent (35%) of the total rental price. If the funds were not received within 7 banking days, the booking is considered to be canceled. In this case, we can provide the villa to another client.
Residual payment. Unless otherwise stated, the balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the balance has not been received within the due date. Cancellation fees will be charged. If there is no more than 30 days left before the lease term begins, the entire amount of the lease must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

1. At least 30 days before the date of arrival - 100% of the payments are not to be retirned, nevertheless, these funds can be used for future booking of the same villa within 9 months from the date of cancellation

2. At least 15 days before the date of arrival - 100% of the payments are usually not to be returned, but partial or full refund is possible in only case of booking the villa for this very period by other guest.
