Architectural splendor in the south of Koh Samui - a private villa in the natural environment with stunning ocean views and a private pool with salt water. A carefully planned and designed house is fully open, and you can feel yourself as a part of nature - three sides of nature reserve surround you. The villa offers wonderful panoramic ocean views. Only you and nature. It's very quiet here, especially at night. You can sleep with open windows or sit at dusk outside in the courtyard, as there are no mosquitoes! It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

The 3 main bedrooms have king-size beds, one small bedroom is equipped with two double-story cots for children, 1 large bedroom has two single beds, 1 bedroom has one single bed. 3 main bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with shower and bath equipped with safes for valuables. A children's room with bunk beds is located next to the two main bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious large room with 2 single beds for children, as well as a small room with a single bed, ideal for babysitting. These 2 rooms have a shared bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

This is a very safe and private house - it is located in a closed community.

Guest Accommodation

The 3 main bedrooms can accommodate adults and children, but children's rooms are only for children or a maid. There is a possibility of a partial rental of the villa.

Area

The villa is located in the southern part of Koh Samui, in a quiet authentic area, the local beaches are deserted, there is almost no traffic on the roads, but nevertheless there are many shops for shopping, as well as restaurants and bars.
