Villas of this class consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms, a living room and a kitchen. The houses are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

Each villa has the tropical garden with a private swimming pool with kids' compartments and cozy Thai Sala.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the reservation (or part of it), the villa's employees must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation will be received in writing:

Less than 42 days before arrival: a refund of 70% of the total amount of the reservation deposit.
During the period from 42 to 28 days prior to arrival: a 40% refund of the total amount of the reservation deposit.
Less than 28 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount of the reservation deposit
If you rent a reservation on the same day or in case of no-show, the funds will not be returned
In the event that only the pledge was paid and the remaining amount is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the reservation, this can be considered as a cancellation of the original reservation, for which an additional fee may be charged. Any change in the original reservation is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Owners do not bear any responsibility to you or any third party, for any accidents involving the use of property or other third-party services, such as boat rental, water sports, jeep or motorcycle rental, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
