First floor

The majestic, stone-tiled entrance leads into the vaulted hall and dining room, furnished with magnificent items of contemporary Asian art. The hall is decorated with beautiful doors made of wood and glass, which lead directly to the veranda by the pool. The hall turns into a spacious dining room, in which you will find a round table of solid wood for 14 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen in a western style. A separate room for cooking allows staff to prepare meals for guests without disturbing them at all.

Upper floor - mezzanine

There is a huge 9-meter sofa in the spacious hall, you can use a pool table here, a wide selection of books and board games.

Lower level

A special zone, located several steps below the ground floor, includes a modern-equipped gym that opens onto the lower terrace by the pool with a seaview. There is also a sauna, a steam room, a large jacuzzi and a room for massage and spa treatments. Spacious dressing zone and shower.

Ground Floor

The unique cinema of the villa is created for 12 people and fully automated, in the evenings you can enjoy movies or playing video games.
