Rooms of the classic U-shaped villa SH 006 wiil lead you to the pool. As soon as you leave for a quiet garden, crystal clear pool with luxurious black tiles will open to your eyes. From the spacious open-planned rooms and kitchen on one side the whole pool and the surrounding gardens, as well on the other - the tropical jungle - are opened for views.

The kitchen leads to the main bedroom with a large adjacent bathroom. In the center of the poolview bedroom there is a comfortable king-size bed, and a huge bath in order to enjoy it for hours. Passing through a spacious living area, you will see a second bedroom with two single beds. They can be moved to create one king bed.

The second and third bedroom share one bathroom with an overhead shower. The third bedroom with large comfortable single beds and a charming view of the pool can be accessed from the hall.

Villa SH 006 is a quiet comfortable place suitable for family holidays and would be glad to become your second home!

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Booking Cancellation

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa's employees must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation will be received in writing:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: initial deposit is not to be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the rent is not to be refunded.

In the event that only the deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the reservation, this can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, and it may be charged as mentioned above. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company.

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.
