SH 010 consists of two separate buildings. The main building offers modern luxurious design of two royal rooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. Together with the living room, they are equipped with flat-screen LED TVs and satellite TV, as well as a kitchen with a western-style design with all the amenities. The remarkable item of the second building is a room with a panoramic ocean view from the bedroom, air conditioning and dining room. Both rooms overlook a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a shallow children's pool - great idea for a family holiday. The fourth room has a large double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Booking Cancellation

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa's employees must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation will be received in writing:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: initial deposit is not to be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the rent is not to be refunded.

In the event that only the deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the reservation, this can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, and it may be charged as mentioned above. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company.

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.
