Villa SH 019 is a multi-level complex in a minimalist style, equipped with appropriate interior elements. This is a detached villa in the tropics with an amazing oceanview. The villa is equipped with a roof covering the lower windows and sliding doors to ensure maximum penetration of daylight, as well as to provide an excellent view from the main room.
Bedrooms
The furniture of the main bedroom is chosen with great taste, in modern minimalistic style. There is a double bed, a sliding door provides access to the terrace. The bathroom has a separate shower room with a rain shower and a large bathtub. Separate bedroom villas (second and third) are equipped with queen-size beds, teak floors and bathrooms with separate showers.
Living room and kitchen
The spacious living room and modern kitchen face directly to the beautiful terrace with an excellent view, surrounded by the tropics, where you can enjoy a cool sea breeze. Open-planned kitchen is equipped with a full set of modern appliances, including an espresso machine. All rooms and bedrooms of the villa are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Terrace
Ideal for alfresco dining, the covered terrace is the central element of the villa. This unique teak terrace extends over the entire length of the villa, overlooking the pool, chalet, bedrooms 2 and 3 and landscaped gardens. There is also a glass dining table and an additional guest corner with a sofa. Doors in the master bedroom - from floor to ceiling - look out onto the terrace.
Pool
Among the beautiful landscaped gardens of the villa a 12-meter infinity pool is comfortably located, in the atmosphere of absolute solitude. It does not matter if you are sunbathing with your favorite cocktail or enjoy a cool water, a sheltered from sun chalet with a sofa and sun loungers (by the pool) is ideal for complete relaxation at any time of the day.
Location
The villa is located on a small hill in the northwest of the island, five minutes drive north of the city of Nathon and a 20-minute drive from the international airport. The beach is just five minutes down the hill offering a huge coastline, crab hunting for children (at low tide), and of course, numerous nearby restaurants where you can taste local Thai cuisine without taking your feet out of the warm Sand. You can take the most attractive photos of the palm trees and coastline, five islands, the Angthong Marine Park and the Gulf of Thailand. A huge chalet is ideal for shooting sunrises and sunset views, and there is no place better for sipping wine or gin&tonic - our staff is perfect at preparing such drinks!
