This 5-bedroom villa will comfortably accommodate 10 people. Traditional Thai decor harmoniously combines with the French fusion style - a great interior ideal for any family celebration! Thanks to the enchanting landscapes, you are likely to spend most of the time in a large 11-meter pool overlooking the ocean and the beautiful lush gardens. There is specially equipped zone with appropriate furniture by the pool - you can drink morning coffee, sunbathe after breakfast here or lazily dine under the awning.

Warm up in the sauna, sip tropical cocktails in the jacuzzi, or enjoy reading under the gentle blow of the air conditioner. But the main thing is that each of the 5 bedrooms have a spacious private sector with a room overlooking the garden.

The villa has the open-planned top floor which includes: a kitchen, a spacious living room and a dining room with a view of the rest of the property. On the first floor there is a large swimming pool and a bar with unforgettable panoramic sea views. The family room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a large library. The villa, located in the tropical mountains in the north-west of the island, is a five-minute drive from the city of Nathon and a 25-minute drive from the international airport. The coast area will please you with huge clean beaches, numerous restaurants where you can try some dishes from local Thai cuisine, as well as such entertainments for children as catching crabs at low tide. The best tourist attractions of villa SH 024 are watcing panoramic sea views, amazing daily sunsets, the National Marine Park "Antogon" and the Gulf of Thailand. The huge pool is ideal for enjoying the sunrises and sunsets with delicious cocktails prepared by our staff.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Booking Cancellation

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa's employees must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation will be received in writing:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: initial deposit is not to be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the rent is not to be refunded.

In the event that only the deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the reservation, this can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, and it may be charged as mentioned above. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company.

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not bear any responsibility to guests or any third party, for any accidents caused other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
