The villa will give its guests the best landscapes of Koh Samui. The famous "5 islands" or "Ko Si Ko Ha" (four or five islands, since one is hidden and not visible from Samui) are located directly opposite these villas. Each of the Estate Complex SCV 01 villas offers its own, fully protected area with a tropical garden and a spacious private pool. All this is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all modern amenities. In addition to the spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, the rooms boast private bathrooms and free lay-out.  Terms & Security Deposit

  • Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
  • As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 or 15,000 THB (cash only).
  • Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Booking Cancellation

If there is a need to cancel the booking (or part of it), the villa's employees must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation will be received in writing:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: initial deposit is not to be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the rent is not to be refunded.

In the event that only the deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the reservation, this can be considered as a cancellation of the original booking, and it may be charged as mentioned above. Any change in the original booking is subject to approval by the management company.

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.

Insurance

Owners do not bear any responsibility to guests or any third party, for any accidents caused other third-party services, such as renting boats, water sports, renting a jeep or motorcycle, etc. If you need more help or information, our team is still at your disposal.
