The villa was reconstructed and modernized in 2017, now it is a comfortable house that will satisfy all the requirements of the luxurious life of a modern person. The villa contains 3 spacious bedrooms, is located close to restaurants and all entertainment venues, and the famous Fisherman's Village is just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Chaweng Beach is a 15-minute drive away.

Welcome to the villa! The grand entrance door closes behind you, and you immediately feel that the big world is left somewhere on the other door side. Forget about everything! The villa is designed in such a way that your eyes immediately open the view of the garden and the pool, but this does not prevent the mind-boggling view of the sea and the neighboring islands.

The house consists of three separate pavilions, located around a tropical garden, which has been completely redone at the same time as the renovation of the villa was completed, with new plants and flowers it has become even more lush and attractive. The kitchen / dining room and living room with comfortable sofas and ceiling fans together with an outdoor dining patio are located in one pavilion with floor-to-ceiling windows. Generous space will give you a wonderful relaxation, rest here and have dinner, enjoying the view of the sea, which is accessible for you 24 hours a day.

A 21-meter infinity pool with salt water is located next to the beach, and sunbeds with umbrellas - full of sun energy - invite guests to relax with a book and perhaps even a drink in their hand. Being just a few steps from the beach, you can always be sure that you have a lot of options for spending really wonderful time.

Opposite the residential pavilion there is the main en-suite bedroom, from which a truly uninterrupted sea view opens. If you are an early bird, this wonderful house facing north will show you the most amazing sunrises, and the comfortable terrace chairs let you watch the magnificent sunsets. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a plasma TV with satellite channels and a DVD / CD sound surround system, a large bathroom with a shower, a double washbasin and a large dressing room. Located just behind the pavilion of the main bedroom there are bedrooms number two and number three. Adjacent to each other in one pavilion, these rooms are identical, except for bed configurations. One room is double (there are 2 single beds in it), and the other includes one king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own TV with satellite channels, with DVD / CD, a bathroom with shower and a large dressing room. The room with a king-size bed offers stunning views of the garden with interesting works of art, you can pass through the garden to the sea.
