Villa SV 256 is a luxurious, charming, Thai-style beachfront villa located right on the Laem Set beach in the south-east of Koh Samui, offering stunning oceanviews. The sandy beach and shoal make this luxurious villa ideal for vacation with kids. Light wind - a constant companion of this area - makes it a paradise for kiteboarders who visit the island in winter. The villa is equipped with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and along with other additional amenities it offers really fabulous five-star beach vacation! There are lush beach gardens, including the infinity pool with a sunbathing terrace, from where you can see breathtaking views of the spacious sandy beaches that extend far in both directions. The villa includes several Thai-style buildings around a central pond with lotuses. All of them and traditional Thai Sala are interconnected by passages, forming the one large luxury villa. The main living area consists of a living room overlooking the beach, a dining room and a fully equipped western kitchen in the back of the villa, which leads the corridor from the hallway. The villa has five bedrooms with bathrooms, designed at the highest level. There are also two more rooms, a room with a TV and a library, as well as an office equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access.

The main bedroom is situated on two levels and includes a private lounge with a terrace overlooking the sea. The second bedroom also located on the beach side offers panoramic views of the gardens and ocean. A charming bathroom with a large bathtub is equipped with a separate shower cubicle. The third bedroom includes a beautiful double bed with a canopy and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are equipped with beds and bathrooms. The villa is ideal for corporate holidays, numerous groups of friends or a large family vacation.
