Renovated "Turquoise" villa absorbed modern design, the glamor of the tropics and a stunning panoramic view of the sea with a small uninhabited island. The villa has become even better - recently the house was renovated.

This luxury residence is located in a prestigious area between Chong-Mong and Chaweng, a 4-minute drive from the airport, but the aircraft will not disturb your peace, as the air harbor is on the opposite side of the hill. A few minutes drive from the villa there is a beautiful beach, and if you drive 10 minutes by car, you will find yourself in the popular areas of the island - Chaweng and a Fisherman Village. Within a 15-minute drive of the residence there are 2 golf courses for playing 9 and 18 holes.

The entrance to the villa will meet you with a beautiful and well-kept garden, from here you can go to the living room and dining area, go to the children's room and library, upstairs to the second floor or downstairs to the level below - to GYM. The architecture of the villa is designed in such a way that you can constantly see a breathtaking views of the Gulf of Thailand. Who else but the sea is the main character of the play called "the perfect beach holiday on the island"? All four bedrooms are en-suite, you can contemplate a wonderful sparkling ocean and listen to its gentle songs. Bedrooms have all the options of a 5-star hotel, each equipped with a TV, safe, air conditioning and a fan. Comfortable furniture and modern design will ensure a comfortable stay, and friendly staff is always at your disposal.

The rental price includes the services of a chef from Thailand, a gardener, a maid and an English-speaking manager. Villa will give you a sense of relaxation and full privacy, all bedrooms are far from each other, and each of them has its own terrace with amazing sea views. The master bedroom has a second private terrace with a bath and shower. The bedrooms are equipped with a large bed, high-quality textile linen, a full set of pillows - only here you can easily have "infant sleep" and in the morning the first picture seen by you will be a fantastic turquoise sea. The villa fully justifies its name! Two bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the second level. All bedrooms are far from each other, and each of them has its own terrace with amazing sea views. The master bedroom has a second private terrace with a bath and shower.

The villa has various recreation areas inside and out. Spacious terraces and a swimming pool will give you the real opportunity to enjoy the pleasant tropical climate of Thailand. The villa has a library and a kid's playroom in the shady part of the villa, which can easily be converted into a bedroom, as it is equipped with 3 single beds-sofas in Moroccan style. A fully equipped GYM is specially designed for sport amateurs, there is also a massage room and you have the opportunity to order a massage therapist for an additional cost. The villa is ideal for couples in love, as well as for a family holiday or a group of friends. The villa is perfect for 8 people (maximum 10).

Children and extra beds

There is a special highchair, a cot and a "paddling pool" in the pool. The manager of the villa will give you a special kid's bracelet, for you to take control under your baby. The bracelet gives a signal when your kid touches the water and the parents hearing it could prevent dangerous situation.

Pets

Arrival with animals must be negotiated in advance. Depends on the breed and size.

Cancel And Prepay Rules

Cancellation policy

If there is a need to cancel the reservation (or part of it), the villa's employees must be notified in writing (it is possible by e-mail). Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The following cancellation fees will be subject to payment, depending on when the notice of cancellation will be received in writing:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: payment of a deposit.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% payment of the rent.

In case that only the initial deposit was paid and the balance is not paid, all payments will be canceled without any notification. If it is necessary to change the dates of the reservation, this can be considered as a cancellation of the original reservation, for which an additional fee may be charged. Any change in the original reservation is subject to approval by the management company

Cancellation during the holiday period

Already paid rental value can be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management company.
