Miskawaan - villa Wayu on the beach with private pool on Koh Samui, Thailand

Our new luxury villas, Sila and Wayu, are the latest built residences of the Miskawaan Estate Complex, but despite this, they are the most popular amoung tourists coming on Samui. They are adjacent and located on the beach of Mae Nam, you can book them both at once or each separately. Lightweight internal partitions can be easily removed - 28 adults and 12 children can be accommodated easily at once.

Both villas are the apotheosis of grandeur, tranquility and privacy, and the beach can be accessed through a separate special exit. Villa Wayu is located on the right hand as you enter the Estate Complex.

Double timber doors, an enchanting lotus pond and elegant Thai-inspired artwork greet you on arrival. Seven spacious en-suite double and twin rooms stretch out in front of you surrounded by landscaped gardens, patio areas and a luxuriant lawn. It is so light here because of large windows and sliding doors. The rooms have an indoor and outdoor shower, double sinks, and there are built-in baths in the adjoining rooms. A separate living room is provided for children, they can watch a 40-inch flat screen TV there. You can enter the bathroom from the living-room. On the ground floor you visit fitness center, sauna, multimedia hall, or relax with the massage treating in the outdoor Chalet.

The villa also has one more chalet for rest. Guests can use the pantry. In front of the main territory, right above the golden sands of Mae Nam beach, there is a swimming pool 15x5 m, filled with mineral purified water. The area in front of the building, swimming pool and patio is raised above the coastline by 19.3 meters. Due to this, the view is incredible, but at the same time you are hidden from extraneous curious eyes, as you are quite high above.

You can enjoy your meal near the pool - a dining room for 14 people is located right in the richly furnished chalet with a fridge bar. The extensive front lawn, pool and patio area is elevated high enough over the 23.4 metre beach front to give you magnificent views without allowing passers-by to look in. You can arrange a barbecue and listen to your favorite music (sound system surrounds). Let's enter the spacious central living room! Here you can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner at a wonderful wooden table for 14, there are comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV on the wall (TV is in all rooms).

Western cuisine goes to a great Thai cuisine, where the chefs create their own culinary art. The manager of the villa and several employees live here permanently, and they can be called at any time. Villa is guarded 24 hours a day. Guests can use free Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as an underground car park. Within walking distance is the village of Mae Nam, where you should definitely go for a walk in search of local color.
